Ingredients required for making Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Icecream.
- Prepration time: 20 min
- Chill time: 2 hours
- Total time: 2hours20min
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon of butter at room temperature
- 3 tablespoon small size chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon white rice flour, 1 tablespoon tapioca starch,2 tablespoon brown rice flour, 2 tablespoon oat flour,1/2 cup gum free gluten free flour
- 2 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
- 2 cups of whole pure milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Give heat to your flour for atleast one minute or until the flour reaches a temperature of 165°F in microvave.
- In second step take a small bowl and mix the butter,the white sugar and brown sugar,mix them all well and add the cooked flour,vanilla,salt and mini chocolate chips and mix them well and get a mixture.Take a small amount of mix dough and make small size of rolls by the help of your fingers and palm.Set them all in a lined onto a tray and freeze them while you make the icecream.
